Lyari Expressway

Lyari Expressway  is 38.76 Kilometers. This Expressway starts from North Lyari Bridge near Sohrab Goth on Super Highway, it skips the most congested areas like Liaquatabad, Lasbela etc. and terminate at South Lyari Bridge on Mauripur Road.

There are many washing clothes along with this expressway including the old and  traditional establishment called 'Dhobi Ghat' in Karachi.. For generations, this dying art of washing clothes was the only laundry service known to the residents of Karachi

Its alignment is along Lyari River, which serves as the main drainage outlet to Northern Karachi. This Expressway will minimize the traveling time and improve the beauty of city. South Bound of the Expressway has been completed and opened for the traffic.

Lyari Expressway is a highway currently under construction along the Lyari River in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. This toll highway is designed to relieve congestion in the city of Karachi.
